How do I pay?

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept Square. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and we'll provide your setup date within one week.

How does scheduling work?

When you book, give us your preferred one-week window. Once full payment is received, your booking is confirmed and we'll come out sometime during that week. We'll reach out the day before your setup to confirm the date and time so you know exactly when to expect us.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancelled more than 7 days before your setup window: full refund. Cancelled within 7 days: 50% refund. Cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled setup: no refund. Please note: if you ordered a personalized item (banner, poster, etc.), its cost is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel — since it's custom-made for your event, we can't reuse it for another customer the way we can with standard decor. That cost is subtracted from your total before your refund percentage is calculated. We appreciate as much notice as possible!

Can you match my event colors for a party setup?

Possibly! For celebrations like graduations, birthdays, and baby showers, we may be able to work in a small color palette. Mention your colors in the booking form and we'll let you know — availability is not guaranteed.

Can you add a personalized banner or poster (name, age, etc.)?

Yes! For celebration setups, we can order a personalized banner or poster for things like names, ages, or "Congrats" messages. These custom items require at least 3 weeks advance notice to order, so please book early and check the box on the booking form if you'd like one included.

Who is responsible for maintaining plants or flowers after setup?

You are! Once your porch is set up, all care of natural items — flowers, plants, seasonal produce, etc. — is the homeowner's responsibility. We are not responsible for the natural lifespan or condition of any living décor after installation.

Will every porch look exactly like the photos?

Every porch is unique! Even setups of the same package and theme may vary slightly in the specific decorations used, based on availability and your porch's layout. You'll always receive a beautiful, thoughtfully styled space true to your chosen theme.

Do I need to send a photo of my porch?

Yes, please! We need to see your space before confirming — especially whether you have chairs or seating for pillow styling. You can upload it right on the booking form, or if that's easier, just text or email it to us at (843) 990-3090 or lowcountryporchdecorators@gmail.com along with your name and booking number so we can match it to your booking. If you're unable to send a photo at all, reach out and we'll see what we can work out.

Will you take the decorations down?

No — all decorations are yours to keep! We set up and then it's all yours.

What if it rains on my scheduled setup day?

No worries! If there's rain or severe weather on your scheduled day, we'll reschedule your setup at no additional charge. Please also note that once your porch is decorated, we are not responsible for wind, rain, or other weather causing damage or displacement to any decorations after installation.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Please make sure your porch is cleared and ready for us — this includes removing any rugs, pillows, previous decorations, or anything else currently on your porch. Also make sure we have clear access on the scheduled day with gates unlocked and pets secured. The cleaner the space, the better your setup will look!

Do you take photos of completed porches?

We may photograph completed setups for marketing and social media purposes. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in your booking notes!

What about HOA rules?

HOA compliance is your responsibility. Please check your community's guidelines before booking.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Summerville, Moncks Corner, Goose Creek, Charleston, North Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Hanahan, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, and the surrounding Lowcountry area. Don't see your town? Reach out — we may still be able to come to you! For setups more than 20 miles from Summerville, a $25 travel fee applies.
