Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?
Full payment is required upfront before your setup date is confirmed. We accept Square, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your booking.
How does scheduling work?
When you book, give us a one-week window that works for you β€” we'll come out sometime during that week. We'll reach out the day before your setup to confirm the date and time so you know exactly when to expect us.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancelled more than 7 days before your setup window: full refund. Cancelled within 7 days: 50% refund. Cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled setup: no refund. We appreciate as much notice as possible!
Can you match my event colors for a party setup?
Possibly! For celebrations like graduations, birthdays, and baby showers, we may be able to work in a small color palette. Mention your colors in the booking form and we'll let you know β€” availability is not guaranteed.
Who is responsible for maintaining plants or flowers after setup?
You are! Once your porch is set up, all care of natural items β€” flowers, plants, seasonal produce, etc. β€” is the homeowner's responsibility. We are not responsible for the natural lifespan or condition of any living dΓ©cor after installation.
Will every porch look exactly like the photos?
Every porch is unique! Even setups of the same package and theme may vary slightly in the specific decorations used, based on availability and your porch's layout. You'll always receive a beautiful, thoughtfully styled space true to your chosen theme.
Do I need to send a photo of my porch?
Yes, please! We need to see your space before confirming β€” especially whether you have chairs or seating for pillow styling. If not, we may still be able to work something out.
Will you take the decorations down?
No β€” all decorations are yours to keep! We set up and then it's all yours.
Do you offer balloons or lighting?
No β€” balloons and lighting are not offered in any of our packages, tiers, or themes. This applies to every setup, no exceptions.
What about HOA rules?
HOA compliance is your responsibility. Please check your community's guidelines before booking.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Summerville, Moncks Corner, Goose Creek, Charleston, North Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Hanahan, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, and the surrounding Lowcountry area. Don't see your town? Reach out β€” we may still be able to come to you! For setups more than 10 miles from Summerville, a $25 travel fee applies.
